Growth Analyx retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. The customer will receive ownership rights to specific deliverables upon full payment. If pre-existing intellectual property from Growth Analyx is incorporated into the deliverables, the customer will receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use it solely with the deliverables.
5. Warranties
Except as explicitly stated, Growth Analyx disclaims all implied and statutory warranties, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability.
- Non-infringement.
- Fitness for a particular purpose.
